Jane Wathome founded ECFS to help small businesses and individuals to solve their cash flow needs. A certified cash flow consultant trained by the American Cash Flow Institute, helping people solve their problems has been the core of Jane Wathome's career for the last 23 years. Using business management principles, Jane Wathome has managed International non-profit organizations, negotiated and secured multi-million dollar grants from the World Bank, the United Nations, US and European governments, the Corporate Sector, Foundations, and Individual donors.
Internationally travelled, skilled in managing partnerships, and experienced in working across different cultures, Jane Wathome's achievements include the establishment of viable corporatives, savings associations, credit unions, and making "high-risk" groups and individuals bankable.
Jane Wathome's most recent experience prior to founding ECFS was at International Women's Health Coalition, New York as Program Officer for Africa, managing multi-million dollar grants to organizations in Africa. Jane Wathome earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Literature from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and an Advanced Certificate in Non-profit Management from LaSalle University in Pennsylvania.
